# Fugue Plane Within [[Kelemvor]]'s plane A neutral plane within the Astral Sea where souls of mortals are drawn when they die. The majority of this plane is in a state of in-between where souls that are having trouble moving on are seen as whisps. The dust is not quite dust here and everything is bathed in a state of grey. Kelemvor rarely brings mortals to this plane -- only in specific circumstances.
